Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind everything we ship. If something's wrong or the product isn't what you expected, here's how returns and refunds work at caseorbit.
The short version
- 7-day return window from the day your order was delivered
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories
- Refunds hit your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item
- We pay reverse-shipping for defective or wrong-item deliveries; you pay for change-of-mind returns
How to start a return
- Email hello@caseorbit.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number (e.g.
#CO-00042) and the reason for return - Attach a photo of the item so we can verify condition
- We'll reply within 24 business hours with a reverse-pickup or self-ship instruction
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we start the refund
What can be returned
Most products qualify, subject to these conditions:
- Item is unused, unwashed, in the same condition you received it
- Original packaging, tags, protective films, and any bundled accessories are included
- Not on the non-returnable list below
What can't be returned
- Screen protectors and tempered glass once the seal is broken or applied
- Items marked "Final Sale" or discounted 50% or more
- Items damaged from misuse, drops, or normal wear-and-tear
- Items received more than 7 days ago
- Gift cards
Damaged, defective or wrong item
We're sorry — this shouldn't happen. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll arrange free reverse pickup and either replace the item or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Change of mind
No problem — you can still return within 7 days. Because reverse-shipping isn't free for us, we deduct a flat ₹49 reverse-shipping fee from the refund (this is what our courier charges us). If your order qualified for free shipping when you placed it, the ₹49 is only deducted if the entire order is returned.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return + fresh order. Refund the returned item, place a new order for the replacement, and mention the return in your email so we can coordinate. This is faster than swap-in-transit and gets you the right item in your hands sooner.
Cancellations
- You can cancel any order before it ships by emailing us. Refund is issued the same day.
- Once we've handed the parcel to the courier, the order can't be cancelled — treat it as a return.
- If we can't fulfil your order (out of stock, pincode not serviceable), we cancel it and refund you proactively.
Refund timing by payment method
- UPI: 1–3 business days
- Cards: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank)
- Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- Wallets: 1–3 business days
- Cash on Delivery: we ask for your UPI ID or bank details; refund goes there within 5 business days of receiving the returned item
If a refund hasn't arrived within the window above, please check with your bank first, then email us with the payment reference and we'll trace it.
