These Terms apply to your use of caseorbit.in and any orders you place with caseorbit. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

caseorbit is a small studio in Mumbai, India, operating as a sole proprietorship. Registered under the Udyam MSME scheme; GST-registered where applicable.

Placing an order

• Order confirmation via email is not automatic acceptance — an order is accepted when we dispatch it.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, obvious price errors, out-of-stock items, suspected fraud, or shipping-to-address restrictions. If we cancel, we refund any amount already paid.
• Product images are representative. Minor variations in colour or finish are normal for handmade goods.
• Prices are in INR and include GST where applicable.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery may be available for select PIN codes; see the checkout page for availability.

You represent that any payment method you use belongs to you (or you have permission to use it). Chargebacks initiated in bad faith (e.g. claiming non-receipt of a delivered order) may be disputed with supporting documentation.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds under the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

Discount codes

• Codes cannot be combined unless we explicitly say so.
• Codes have no cash value and cannot be resold or transferred.
• We may withdraw a code at any time; codes already applied to placed orders remain honoured.

Intellectual property

All content on caseorbit.in — logos, photography, product descriptions, illustrations — is owned by caseorbit or used with permission. You may not reproduce or repost our content commercially without written permission. Personal-use screenshots for reviews or social sharing are welcome.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Post reviews for products you didn't buy
• Attempt to bypass our security or rate limits
• Use automated tools to scrape our site
• Impersonate anyone or provide false information at checkout

Accounts found in violation may be suspended without notice.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, reputation, data) arising from a delayed or non-delivered order to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Third-party links

Where our site links out (Instagram, delivery tracking, etc.) the destination site's terms and privacy policies apply — we're not responsible for their content.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We prefer to sort things out over email first — please write to hello@caseorbit.in before initiating formal proceedings.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced on this page at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.
